Neojdx Aktiv Bluetooth 4.0 Sports Stereo Headphone

Screen Shot 2014-09-26 at 2.14.47 PMI own several over-the-ear bluetooth headphones and even more pairs of sports headphones. Most of them are pretty different in terms of the design from these Neojdx headphones. These seem designed for a much more active use, and they are a pretty good headphones set to take with you while exercising or for the on-the-go situations. They claim to be waterproof, and I have no reason to doubt that so far. However, from my experience with all other sports headsets I’ve tried there is no such thing as truly waterproof sports headphones. All of them fail eventually, and it’s only the question of how resilient are relative to the other products out there.

First of all, the sound quality of these headphones was really good. It’s as good or even better than most bluetooth stereo headsets that I have tried. It produces rich, nuanced sound that everyone except a die-hard audiophile will find very enjoyable. I’ve had a few of my friends use them as well and they all enjoyed the sound quality.

The headphones fit very snugly and securely to my head. The wrap-around cable is very light and unobtrusive, and secures the headset pretty securely in place. The headphones attach themselves to the earlobes, and are kept there fairly securely. As mentioned earlier, these are great headphones to use while you are exercising, walking around or are otherwise away from sedentary situations.

The headphones can be used for telephony as well, but I have not used them for such a purpose. In general I avoid using Bluetooth headsets for making phone calls as the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired.

I like the build of these headphones, and they seem to be fairly durable. They are also some of the most elegantly designed such headphones that I’ve tried. I hope that they last me at least a year or so.
