I enjoy listening to music while exercising or engaging in other physical activities. Listening to a pair of bluetooth headphones works well when I am running in pedestrian areas, but when biking that can be a bit dangerous. You really want to be able to hear clearly all the ambient and traffic noises, especially if you are on a busy city street.

This little external bluetooth speaker is a fun little accessory to have on a bike ride. It is relatively light, compact, and it attaches to your handlebar very easily. It is also easy to pair it up with your smartphone – my iPhone was able to recognize it immediately, and I did not have any trouble maintaining the connection for the duration of my bike rides.

The quality of sound coming out of this speaker was OK. It’s loud enough for my purposes, and it works well for casual outdoors listening while engaging in another activity. However, it’s not exactly an audiophile-grade equipment.

One of the coolest things about this speaker is that it doubles as a small storage compartment. It can easily store your cell phone, some small snacks, or a few other items that you’d like to take with you on a ride. It’s definitely more convenient and accessible than the saddle seat container or a backpack.
