I am a regular runner, and although I primarily run indoors on a treadmill, I like to take an occasional jog when the weather is amenable. However, I also like to listen to music and am always in a need to carry my wallet and keys with me. I have an armband that I’ve been using to stash my iPhone in, but until now have not found an easy and convenient way of carrying my other accessories irrespective of the running cloths I am wearing. This Janki combo just seems to fit my need. It is an effective, affordable, and lightweight set that also has some handy safety features.

The armband fits my iPhone 4S very nicely. It attaches firmly to my upper arm and stays put throughout my run. The waistband is also very secure and it can fit a LOT of stuff. However, filling it up completely will make your running feel a bit awkward. The reflective stripes are well positioned, and they serve their purpose. However, if you are really concerned with your safety while running than these stripes might be a tad inadequate. I would recommend getting one of those lightweight reflective running jackets.

This set feels well made and durable. However, it is not the most fancily designed set of running accessories I’ve come across. It has a very utilitarian no-nonsense feel to it.
