Toffee Leather Lincoln Briefcase with Padded Compartment for Macbook Air 13.3 Inch

Screen Shot 2015-01-09 at 3.28.57 PMThis is probably the most luxurious and finely made briefcase that I have owned. It combines elements of classical professional design with a very modern and functional look. Its soft leather design is equally at place in a C-suite meeting and a tech startup cubicle. Thanks to the included removable strap it can double as a messenger bag, and be used for your daily work commute.

The bag is made out of high quality leather and it feels exquisitely well made. It is the kind of bag that has a potential to last you a lifetime. It is easy to open and close, and its soft leather handles sit very comfortably in your hand.

The bag features very nicely done compartmentalized interior. There is a big 13” padded compartment for a laptop, as well as numerous small pockets for accessories. The bag is an ideal accessory for someone who carries a lot of different computers, tablets, gadgets, cameras and other small accessories, in addition to papers, notebooks and other more traditional carry-on items. The only “problem” with this kind of high functionality is that it subtly encourages overpacking – this is one of the issues that I constantly struggle with.

The bag is overall very well padded and will likely protect your gear and other valuables from small inadvertent bumps and scratches. However, this is not a hard-shell bag so I would be very careful to avoid hard impacts. I would certainly not feel comfortable carrying this bag with me on a daily biking commute – chances of serious impact could be considerable that way.

This is one seriously good looking and functional bag. I really look forward to using it from now on. Highly recommended.
