Pocket Folding Knife by BlizeTec

Screen Shot 2014-08-05 at 11.46.03 AMThis is one of the best designed and most solidly built folding/pocket knives that I’ve come across. It is made out of very durable metal that will last you really long time. The blade folds firmly and securely, yet it is easy to open with just a flick of a finger. Once in its locked position it stays there securely. The handle feels very sturdy and it provides you with a very secure grip. The blade is very sharp right out of the box, and it can be used for either cutting or piercing objects. Retracting the blade proved out to be a bit tricky, at least for me. I have never used this kind of knife before, and it comes with no instructions. However, once I figured out how to do it (you need to push the little serrated blade clip sideways), it turned out to be a very straightforward procedure.

The knife has a little clip on the side that allows you to attach it to your belt. It also has a seatbelt cutting tool and a windshield breaker. Those two could really come in handy in an emergency.

The knife is very sharp, and Iv’e used it instead of the box cutter to open several of my mailings. It’s a very impressive little tool that could prove invaluable in emergency, self defense, or just for the plain everyday cutting tasks. Highly recommended.
