PIDENGBAO Men’s Long Bifold Zipper Leather Wallet

Screen Shot 2015-08-17 at 9.45.37 AMWith the advent of smartphones, my wallet is not the most important thing that I carry around any more. And now that iPay is becoming more and more accepted, I can at least see the future where I won’t need to carry any methods of payment around with me any more. However, in the interim I still need an actual physical wallet to store all of my credit cards, IDs, and of course cash. I’ve tried several different wallets over the past few years, including wallet/smartphone case combos, and have not settled on a definitive setup. This Pidengbao men’s wallet is a great accessory, but it’s still has a few shortcomings.

In its own right the wallet is great – well designed, well made, and with plenty of room for all of your cards and other trinkets you want to carry around. The leather build is very rich and luxurious. The zippers are sturdy and keep the content of the wallet safe. There are more than enough compartments to hold most of your credit cards, as well as to tuck in both paper money and coins.

This wallet is huge. By far the largest wallet that I have tried. One of the zippered compartments can actually fit my entire iPhone 6 plus – in its protective case! If you need a wallet that can fit such a large phone, then this is the right kind of wallet for you. However, because it’s so big, it is a bit hard to carry around. You either have to have very baggy cargo pants/shorts, a jacket with big pockets, or another bag in which you put it. If this is how you usually carry your wallet around, then this thing is right for you. However, I still like to fit my phone in my regular pants pocket, which is pretty much impossible to do with this wallet.

Overall, this is a rather solidly made wallet, but you will have to decide if it’s the right kind of accessory for your needs.
