Paladineer Extendable Bluetooth Selfie Stick

Screen Shot 2015-04-16 at 7.40.05 PMI am not much into shooting selfies (I’ve taken just a couple so far), but I am a big fan of camera mounts, stands and accessories. I enjoy making unusual and hard-to-pull-off shots. This lightweight and well designed extendable selfie stick has so far helped me make several very interesting and cool shots.

The pole is made of well machined aluminum alloy. It is very lightweight and compact, so it’s very easy to carry around. In its completely folded state it can fit inside a small camera bag, so it’s a very convenient photography accessory to have – you don’t have to debate too hard weather to take it with you. The pole consists of four extendable parts, and they can be adjusted so they extend incrementally from the shortest setting to the longest.

You can mount a smartphone using the included spring-loaded bracket. I’ve used it with my iPhone and have had pretty good results. The mount is adequate for its purposes, but it’s nothing special.

The biggest selling point for this stick is the ability to control your smartphone remotely thought the inbuilt Bluetooth shutter. This function was very easy to setup and it worked as advertised. It comes handy whether you are shooting selfies or are taking pics of some inaccessible places.

This is overall a very well made product that is very versatile and works as advertised for its many purposes. Recommended.
