Link Dream Smartwatch Bluetooth Headset

Screen Shot 2015-02-19 at 11.59.51 AMI’ve had many Bluetooth headpieces over the years. One of the reasons that I’ve had so many is that I keep misplacing them or forgetting to take them with me. It’s one of those accessories that you may not use often, but when you do you wish it were handy and easily accessible.

This interesting gadgets combines an earpiece with your wristwatch. That way you’ll have the earpiece easily accessible whenever you need it. The earpiece is decently made and it synced with my iPhone on a first try. The voice quality is good, but not great. However, it really gets the job done.

Aside from making your earpiece easily accessible, this wristwatch also alerts you about an incoming call with small vibration. This is actually my favorite feature of this watch/earpiece combo. I often miss my calls, especially when my phone is set to buzzing.

As a watch this gadget leaves a lot to be desired. Its display is very tiny and not easy to read. The watch looks and feels pretty clunky. You also have to recharge it pretty much daily if you use the earpiece regularly. This can be annoying if you run out of power – you lose both an earpiece as well as your ability to read time. This latter may not be much of an issue these days (especially if your phone is still powered), but still doesn’t make for the best watch experience.

This is an innovative device. If you use your phone frequently and like to use a headset with it, it might make your life a bit simpler.
