Leosense Finger Pulse Oximeter

Screen Shot 2015-09-08 at 10.27.35 AMThis is a very nicely made and easy to use device. You just place it on your finger, turn it on, and it can start measuring your oxidation levels, as well as your pulse. Unlike pulse, I have not been familiar with what the oxidation levels mean, so it took me a bit of looking at various online sources in order to familiarize myself with it. At any rate, for most healthy adults there will not be much of an issue with your oxidation levels. However, it does fluctuate during the day, especially after a strenuous workout. If you are serious about fine tuning your workout and daily routines in order to reach optimal health, then a small and inexpensive device like this one can provide you with yet another useful metric.

As already mentioned, the device looks and feels solidly made and durable. It is also pretty elegantly designed, especially compared with some other ones I’ve seen on the market right now. Recommended.
