This is a really impressive professional hair straightener. I’ve obtained it for review purposes, and have given it to my wife for her to try it out. Below are her impressions:

“My hair is naturally frizzy. When air or blow dryed, it puffs up to dizzying proportions, making it appear big and voluminous. As a result, I have used a curling iron for years to tame my locks and keep them under control. I have never been able to achieve salon-level silkiness through my own efforts (although this is possible with the help of my professional hair stylist), but the effects from a curling iron are enough to give me a presentable and well-maintained appearance. I used the Karmin G3 hair straightener for the first time last week and, thinking 200 degrees C was much too hot, timidly kept the temperature at 120 degrees Centigrade when trying it out. The iron itself was easy to use. You take a 5 cm lock of hair at the roots, clasp the blades around it, and run the iron over it until the end, repeating the job as necessary. It took me a long time to straighten my hair, and the final result was still a puffy look that made my husband question whether I had used the iron at all.

Today I tried the iron once again, and this time jacked up the heat to 200 degrees, the maximum temperature allowed. What a difference that made! In no time at all, I had straight, almost professional salon style hair – something I have never been able to create on my own. Warning: the iron heats up very quickly, and at the maximum level, it makes your hair extremely hot, so use it with caution and speed. However, the end result was so swift, effortless, and amazing for me that it was evident to my observant and critical husband that I had used it. He loved my straight and silky hair even more than I did! Bottom line: this hair straightener works wonders when the temperature is high. It provides a stylish and elegant look in a relatively short period of time.”
