Happy Trigger – Manual Back Deep Pressure Massage Tool

Screen Shot 2015-04-06 at 4.40.12 PMI spend a lot of time working at my desk, and have by now learned that shoulder/back pains are part for the occupational hazard for me. Over the years I have tried using various treatments, from chiropractors to trigger point injections, and none of them have been completely effective with my pains, especially in the long run. I have learned the hard way about the importance of good posture, stretching, and taking frequent small breaks from my desk work. I have also discovered the benefit of trigger-point massaging tools, and Happy Trigger is one of the better ones that I’ve come across.

Happy Trigger is a well made tool. It can reach most of the hard-to-reach points and areas on your body. By applying pressure to the handle you can achieve decent amount of pressure on your trigger points. The tool is particularly effective with your shoulders and upper back. However, I have not been able to achieve the kind of deep tissue pressure that I am used to from Theracane. Unlike Theracane, though, this tool is pretty compact and easy to carry around. It’s a particular good thing to have around in an office environment.
