Epson T200220 DURABrite Ultra Standard-Capacity Cyan Ink Cartridge

Screen Shot 2015-01-27 at 10.01.08 AMA couple of years ago I got an Epson XP-400 printer for review purposes. I already own two HP printers (a laser one and an inkjet one), and have used a Canon printer in the past. In terms of the setup, the Epson printer was much harder to use. However, it is a Wi-Fi printer, it has a very nice scanner, and it gives you really good quality prints. However, I quickly discovered that their ink cartridges are really, really insufficient. The ones that the printer came with ran out after really short time (it took me months to exhaust the similarly sized HP cartridges). I also discovered that it was almost impossible to print with just the black cartridge, and the print quality really depended on the device from which you printed (computer good, iPhone bad). Nonetheless, I decided to keep using this printer since it is very convenient to use over Wi-Fi and in an emergency. I keep buying more cartridges, like this one, and try to use them sparingly. The cartridge is very easy to install on my printer, and it almost never gets jammed. The price has come down substantially since the first time I got the printer, but it’s still pretty high for a set of four. The quality of ink is pretty good, and I was able to print some really nice, vibrant pictures of my kids. But be warned – you only get the really nice prints if you use the Epson paper.
