DROK 4 Port USB Car Charger Power Supply
With USB charging becoming the default option for almost all small (and some large) consumer electronics devices, it is becoming increasingly important and indispensable to have an easy access to the USB charging plugs when you travel. More and more cars nowadays come equipped with at least one USB outlet, but the older cars are still unable to provide you with that kind of charging convenience. Fortunately, there are many USB chargers out there that can plug directly into the car lighter port, and this Drok charger definitely has a lot to offer. It is well made, compact, and allows for a simultaneous charging of four devices. Unfortunately, each port supports vastly different output current, and since they are not easily distinguishable (especially while you are driving) it can be tricky to get all the devices plugged into the right port. I’ve used it to charge my iPhone, iPad and GPS unit at the same time. It worked well, kept my devices charged, but I really wish that it provided higher current from all of its USB ports.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the overall experience. The charger is now a permanent addition to my road travel kit. Recommended.
