9to5Cables Premium 3.5mm Male to Female Stereo Audio Cable (6 FT)

This is not much of an issue when I am listening to the music over its speakers, but every once in a while I would have liked to be able to listen to it on my headphones. Unfortunately most headphone 3.5 mm cables are not long enough to reach that far, so until now I was unable to listen to the music this way. This is exactly the kind of situation for which a male-to-female audio adapter/extender cable comes in handy for.

This 9to5Cable is very well made, durable, and it fits all of my audio equipment firmly and securely. 6 feet is long enough to reach almost any place around a moderately sized room, provided you are not sitting all the way across. (For such situations a Bluetooth transmitter might be a better option). The audio quality with the use of this cable did not seem to be diminished in the least – there were no hissing sounds or other artefacts that sometimes accompany the transmission of a signal across long low-quality cables. In terms of quality this cable is definitely on par with some other cables that I’ve used from the better known brands, but only at the fraction of the cost. In my opinion this is a very good purchase.
