Logitech G510s Gaming Keyboard with Game Panel LCD Screen (920-004967) – Product Review
I am not a big gamer, although I do play occasionally. I am however a big fan of Logitech products, and have used many of their keyboards and other accessories over the years. This gaming keyboard definitely lives up to the Logitech reputation. It is incredibly well designed and built, and its functionality is one of the most impressive ones I’ve come across. Even if you are not a gamer you will probably be able to take the advantage of its many special features.
I have only programmed a couple of the special G keys with macros, only in order to test their performance and check out this feature. I’ve found them to be quite responsive and easy to use.
The small LCD display is a very useful add-on that helps get a better idea of the in-game stats and events. Again, as a very low-level gamer I did not use it to its full potential, but as far as I can tell it performed more than adequately.
One of my favorite features of this keyboard are the backlit keys. This is a particularly useful feature to have if you tend to work late at night and don’t feel like using the ambient lighting.
Overall, this is a pretty impressive and versatile keyboard that will find use well beyond its intended gaming niche. Highly recommend it.
