Delkin Devices DDSDPRO2-4GB 4GB 150X SDHC eFilm Secure Digital Pro Card

Screen Shot 2014-02-26 at 3.01.22 PMI got this card really cheaply from another electronics store. I’ve got quite a few SD cards, mostly 4 GB and 8 GB, but I thought that I could use another one, especially if it is a fast Class C card. I use it almost exclusively with my Canon T2i DSLR camera. I tested it with that camera, and compared it to my older SanDisk class 4 SD card. When it comes to taking individual photos there didn’t seem to be much of a difference. In the burst mode both cards did fine up to about six photos, and then they dropped significantly in their performance. For the first six burst mode photos Delkin definitely performed better though.

I tested the card with uploading/downloading files to it in order to see its file transfer rates. The test numbers I got were consistent with the advertised 22 MB/s read and 9 MB/s write rates.

The card overall appears to be decently made. Nothing spectacular though. I’ll update this review if I discover any significant build or reliability flaws.
